At Workboots 4 U, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly and stands up to the job. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your boots within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your boots are in brand new condition, free of scuffs or outdoor wear, and include all original packaging and tags.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the boots in their original shoe box and place them inside a shipping carton, then attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement pair within 3-5 business days.
